Project Governance

We manage our clients with a methodical Project Governance to provide the structure that facilitates our Project Management Framework. It is comprised of Executive Sponsorship, Executive Steering, Change Advisory, Role and Responsibility Definition, Risk, Action, Issue and Decision Management, as well as Cost Management.
